The delivery charges vary from 99p to £6.99 depending on the item. Once you add items in your basket, the shipping charges will be updated. UK Delivery is free for orders over £50.

European deliveries are as follows:

  1. Items weighing 100 gm: £5.99
  2. Items under 1 kg: £7.99
  3. Items over 2 kg: £11.99

International deliveries including USA are as follows:

  1. Items weighing 100 gm: £6.99
  2. Items under 1 kg: £7.99
  3. Items under 2 kg: £11.99

If you have not yet received your order, please email us on sales@eurotins.co.uk where our team will be happy to help. Please check your tracking before contacting us as this may show you where your parcel is.

Yes, we deliver to work addresses. When you are in checkout, please enter your work address in the Shipping Details section

Our couriers attempt to deliver twice before returning items back to us as undelivered. If your order has been returned to us, you need to contact us on sales@eurotins.co.uk with as much information as possible so that we can arrange to send this back out to you.

You can return your item within 28 days provided the product is in its original, unused condition.

  1. Repackage the item into the box and place into the original packaging.
  2. Tear the Royal Mail returns label from the returns form and attach it to the front of the parcel ensuring that original delivery labels are covered.
  3. Take your parcel to any Post Office counter and obtain proof of postage.
